> Arrive on a date agreed to provide the owner, developer, builder or investor with a bespoke turn key package containing all furniture for main rooms, soft furnishings, artwork, bedlinen and accessories for a 8 week hire period. This can be extended on a monthly basis
> Take professional edited photos to be provided to a selling agent and socials if needed
> Return on a date agreed to remove everything from the now Sold / Let property

This service is predominantly for vacant, unfurnished property where the furniture and accessories are rented on an 8 week basis.

> Return on an agreed date to collect any hired accessories
NB This service is for those with a busy lifestyle who just do not have the time to reorganise their home to get the best price before going to market or if there hasn't been a great amount of interest. Any staging products owned by Property Stage and Sell are rented on an 6 week basis.

This package includes delivery, assembly & removal of all packaging, a designer for the day & professionally edited photos.

NB This service involves full purchase of all of the furniture and accessories. The Landlord / Holiday Let owner will keep everything so no pick up is required.
