You wouldn't wear that Tux with flip flops or wear the little black dress without accessorising, so don't sell naked.
It's not just Interior Design
Although Interior Design and Property Staging go hand in hand, the skills and qualification's are similar, the role of a designer is to Collab with the home owner or property investor to create a space to reflect their style and personality. A Property Stager is different, our job is to create a beautiful but depersonalised space that will attract a wider viewer, which then becomes a buyer.
Putting it simply, we'll do all the work to showcase your property, just leave the keys.
How do we do it?
It's a stressful time selling a home and if you're a property developer then you're probably onto the next project already.
We will see the property through the eyes of a potential buyer. Create a lifestyle that the viewer will aspire to and see themselves living in. Highlight the positives whilst minimising any negatives.
We'll do this by staging an empty property with furniture, accessories and design, creating amazing results.
We can partially stage your property by using your own furniture adding in bespoke touches, accessories and soft furnishings it may need to stand out in the crowd.
We can also fully furnish and fit out a holiday let/ Airbnb or serviced accommodation with everything it needs to accept bookings and tenants immediately.
