Forget shoes, handbags, lipstick and jewellery (although I do like those too) it’s all about Interiors, style trends, fabrics, designing spaces and coffee table books for me.
With qualifications in Interior Design, a passion for the property market and over 20 years experience in staging property for sale and rent before it even became a thing.
I have a wealth of experience in Brand Management, Sales, Marketing and Advertising, working in the corporate world for LVMH, Tag Heuer, BiBa, DKNY and Virgin Atlantic
All these positions have given me a great deal of transferable skills to work alongside Property Developers, Estate Agents, Hosts and of course home owners.
Its a stressful time selling a property and once you've decided, who doesn't want to sell for more money and quickly.
If you're your own boss like myself then you're doing it for a reason.. to spend more time with your family, to work less, to increase your ROI, to holiday more and to delegate.

I'm afraid I may roll my eyes out loud when I hear this from a home owner, an estate agent, developer or landlord.
When you've thought about....
A mood board to suit that property or room so it will look its very best, taking into account, colour psychology, direction the room is facing, style and design
Visited the premises to measure up, take pre staging pics and discuss needs
Research online and instore the best furniture and accessories for each space
Shopped at those numerous stores, returned and shopped again
Packed a van to an inch of its life
Carried everything up probably numerous flights of stairs
Built the furniture onsite
Ironed all of the bed linen
Accessorised that property to wow a viewer immediately
Removed all of the excess packaging, leaving it clean and tidy
Taken professional photos for social media and your agent
Uploaded those photos
Returned 6 weeks later to take it all away as its sold quickly
Find a storage space for the staging kit
When you've thought about that ... I've already done it.
